Eisenscher was born in Romania and immigrated to Israel in 1935. He arrived in Israel after spending 5 years in Paris. There he was influenced by artists as Braque and Matisse but mainly by Picasso. The Cubistic influence shows in his works in the way he creates deformations in the composition.
